Series of drawings of real and fictional medals

A bit fed up with the competitive art business and their hierarchical, almost militant way of awarding mostly those who have been awarded before, I decided to create a medal for each of these awards and achievements in art. So at last I can own them all. The series of drawings also highlights how art is a weapon “Kunst ist Waffe” as it says on an actual art medal from the German Democratic Republic.
